Most
meetings are held in the Church
Room. The first ten minutes of Ordinary Meetings
(see below for dates) are available for the public to
express a view or ask a question on relevant matters
on the agenda. The public are welcome to stay and observe
the rest of the meeting. Members of the public wishing
to speak should notify the Clerk
in advance.
