Terms of Reference

To provide a means of communication between the residents of Radley and RWE npower (Didcot Power Station) to ensure satisfactory consultation regarding the operations of RWE npower at Radley.

Membership

Parish Council:

Cr C Henderson
Cr D Nutt
Cr D Standen
Cr M Wilson

(The Chair and Vice-Chair of the Parish Council are ex-officio members of all Committees and Working Groups)

RWE npower:

Station Manager, Didcot Power Station,
and not more than two others as required.

Other interested parties or specialists are invited to deal with specific items.
