Playing field

The playing field is next to the Village Hall in Gooseacre and shares its car park. The Summer Fete is held here in early July.

The sports pavilion was built by the football clubs and the Parish Council and opened in 1999.

Radley Youth Football Club has priority booking for the sports pavilion and the single football pitch during the playing season for matches, training and six-a-side competitions. The pitch is also used by the Radley Men's Football Club.

The Parish Council leases the playing field from Radley College. The field and sports pavilion are available for hire (together or separately) from the Parish Council. Charges vary. Contact the Clerk to the Parish Council for details or download a booking form (with terms and conditions of hire).
