The fete is held concurrently with the Flower Show on the playing field off Gooseacre on a Saturday in June or early July. See the Calendar for the date.

It consists of a variety of stalls, raffles, tombolas, etc in aid of local groups, as well as entertainment events staged mostly in an arena. Cream teas are provided in the pavilion with excellent musical accompaniment by the Radley College Big Band.
